Brooke is the founder of True Blue Strategies. She provides strategic counsel to a diverse portfolio of Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, private/public partnerships, coalition groups, tribal governments, nonprofits, political campaigns, and advocacy groups.
Under Brooke’s leadership, True Blue Strategies has delivered measurable results for a diversity of clients representing a wide spectrum of issues, including protecting the Endangered Species Act, influencing tech policy, building public support for large infrastructure projects, elevating awareness about the importance of tribal governments, and increasing voter turnout. Brooke was a senior strategist on a political campaign that passed America’s first statewide Anti-Corruption Act, and helped pass ranked choice voting in New York City.
Prior to founding True Blue Strategies (formerly called Mammoth), Brooke was a partner at Mercury, a Seattle-based public affairs firm. There she specialized in digital advocacy, online community building, and media strategy for political races and advocacy campaigns working to create change on energy policy, prison reform, environmental causes, and telecom policy. She was also a strategist on a number of high-stakes races, including work with Joe Biden, Beau Biden, former Seattle Mayor Mike McGinn, statewide ballot measures, and independent expenditures.

Joel Meyers

Joel has been helping corporations, nonprofits, international NGOs, and universities for 15-plus years, directing various project, program, and product development initiatives and leveraging the best of what web and communication technologies can provide. With his deep roots in creative discovery and website design and development, and having run his own services organization for 18 years, he helps clients at True Blue Strategies understand all aspects of digital experiences and technology options.
Joel also provides leadership and coaching to True Blue Strategies team members, overseeing technology implementations, web design, user research and validation, marketing, content creation, and community building.
Joel has helped clients elevate their digital strategies and tools, including the ACLU, UN Women, UNDP Climate Change Group, and United Way. Additionally, Joel volunteers for Democracy Lab, Net Impact Seattle, and Technology4Good.

Andrew Lynch

Andrew Lynch

Andrew specializes in digital media, social listening, web analytics, and brand reputation analysis. With a background in statistics and technical writing, he excels at digging deep into swaths of complicated information to distill it into useful, understandable ideas. His deep understanding of current industry practices and tools provides thoughtful, actionable insights to True Blue Strategies’ diverse clientele.
Andrew manages digital and social media campaigns, oversees website projects, and leads the team in understanding the digital communications playing field. Andrew is experienced in the planning and execution of digital campaigns at both the local and national level, running a number of successful campaigns for government agencies, coalition groups, corporations, and political campaigns. Andrew’s digital media expertise includes programmatic, social media, display, lead generation, OTT, SEM, and everything in between. He has managed successful campaigns for AT&T Public Affairs, BNSF Railway, and Washington Tribes, as well as state ballot measures and awareness campaigns.
A former professional Ultimate Frisbee player, the Seattle native can now be found hiking, cooking, and encouraging coworkers to compost.

Michiko has been working in design and web development since 1999, providing user-focused interactive design, user research, and front-end development for internet-connected devices. With a broad and flexible set of skills, Michiko provides solutions that are elegant and beautiful and accomplish business needs.
Michiko has created websites for government agencies, causes, political campaigns, as well as corporations including BNSF Railway and AT&T. In 2019, her work won a Webby award for best practices.

Over the past 15 years, Skye has been an integral part of award-winning projects involving websites, dynamic ad campaigns, web and broadcast video, and social media outreach. Skye has worked with clients ranging from major telecom companies and advocacy groups, to political campaigns and city government.
Skye enjoys international travel, food and drink, video games, and cats, and is dismayed that consuming five 5 Hour Energy drinks does not actually give one an extra hour in the day.

Alison excels at crafting compelling content for social media, advertising, websites and blogs. Additionally, she manages digital media campaigns, ensuring strategic goals are being met, and that projects run on schedule and on budget.
A natural problem solver and policy wonk, Alison brings with her an acute attention to detail and the fortitude to work under pressure — two skills she honed in the legal field and during her time as a Microsoft Cybersecurity Research Fellow before she joined True Blue Strategies.
Native to the Bay Area, Alison moved to Seattle to attend the University of Washington, where she dived into International Studies with a focus on foreign policy and comparative law. When she’s not poring over policy briefs and scouring Twitter, Alison enjoys making a mean Old Fashioned, backpacking through the Sierras, and playing guitar.

Jackie Miskimin

Jackie leads the team in internal communications, project management, and media coordination. In short, she makes the trains run on time.
For the past decade, Jackie has managed brand and website development, video production, marketing initiatives, and public affairs campaigns for clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to nonprofits. Jackie has managed multiple multimillion-dollar national print and digital campaigns, and coordinated processes for dozens of employees and subcontractors. She has also managed TV and radio campaigns, direct mail, and graphic design projects.
Jackie hails from eastern Washington and moved to Seattle in 2001 to attend the University of Washington, where she earned a degree in Law, Society, and Justice. In her spare time, Jackie enjoys playing sports, cheering for local sports teams, and reading a good book.

With a decade of experience in social media management, Mary supports True Blue Strategies’ clients in creating and sustaining impactful social media presences. Guided by industry best practices and a decade of experience in social media management, Mary specializes in communicating in clients’ voices to reach specific audiences at the right time, on the right platform, and in the right way.
Mary also has experience in public relations and implementing successful internal employee communication strategies for several large organizations, creating on-brand posts in fast-paced work environments.

She also works on the organizational and financial side, managing media campaigns and business operations. Her innate attention to detail and knack for multitasking is greatly appreciated when we need an extra pair of eyes or a helping hand. Robyn has 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry, where she worked in operations and sales, and interacted with travelers from all over the world. She’s creative too, with a BFA in theatre from Cornish College of the Arts, and a keen interest in the culinary arts.
When she’s not making spreadsheets for fun, she enjoys putting together restaurant-level meals in her tiny kitchen while hanging out with Oskar, her long-hair tuxedo kitty.
